This course is a level 3 regulated and nationally recognised qualification, specifically designed for those who are appointed to act as a First Aider in their workplace. It is also ideal for people who have a specific responsibility to provide first aid in voluntary and community activities.

This course Is the same as our QA Level 3 Award In First Aid At Work Includes AED Training course, however, the first day is delivered via e-learning before you attend the 2-day face to face training, Making it a greener, more convenient course for learners. E-learning will be sent a maximum of 7 weeks before the face to face element. This course is for existing First Aiders, who require renewal of their Level 3 First Aid at Work certificate, to obtain a further 3 years certification. Once a certificate has expired, they are no longer considered to be a competent first aider and would need to re qualify via the 3 day course.

This course is designed for current First Aiders who already hold valid First Aid Certificate, the HSE recommend that all first aiders attend an annual refresher to prevent skill fade and keep skills up to date.

Registered Childminders and Assistants who are required to hold a current and full paediatric first aid certificate in order to comply with the EYFS requirements. Anyone who has a non-professional involvement with infants and Children, such as Parents, Grandparents and want to learn Key Paediatric First Aid Skills.

Combining the QA Level 3 Award in First Aid at Work (RQF) and the QA Level 3 Award in Paediatric First Aid (RQF) into 3 extended days of classroom learning, this specially designed course provides Learners with all of the skills and knowledge needed to provide both Adult and Paediatric First Aid, whilst minimising the number of training days required to achieve both qualifications. This regulated and nationally recognised qualification has been designed to provide Learners with the knowledge and skills needed to deal with Emergency First Aid situations in a Forestry/Agricultural context. This is ideal for those who work or intend to work in a Forestry, Agricultural or Remote Environment, such as Tree Surgeons and Farmers.
